Ticket Owners

Ticket owners will receive a long notification ring for:

Assigned tickets Reassigned tickets

This feature helps improve awareness and ensures timely attention to tickets.

How to Enable Long Notification Ring

Follow the steps below to enable this feature:

Navigate to: Admin → Rule Engine → Long Notification Ring Enable the checkbox for Long Notification Ring.

Once enabled, users will start receiving notifications for:

Assigned tickets

Reassigned tickets
