This is the introductory page for Geedesk Technologies, showcasing all key details, features, notifications, and options. Below is a preview of the Geedesk homepage:
1 A menu bar is located below the Geedesk logo, displaying options such as Tickets, VIP Alert, Reports, Logs, Settings, Geedesk Coaching, and more.

This Icon https://help.geedesk.com/lib/images/toolbar/bold.pngis used to Show/Hide the side Filter containing all main options.

This is a shortcut key for creating Scheduled Tickets directly from the homepage.
4 This is your Profile option which takes you to your main profile page.
5 At the top rightmost side of the homepage, you can find a Logout option for the user to log-out easily.
6 On the right cornor of the dashboard you can find the Create Ticket option, from where you can create tickets.
7 In this section, you can see the New Tickets created by a user to the particular department along with details on the Homepage.
8 In this section, you can find the Open Tickets after the new ticket has been assigned to the particular user on the Homepage.
9 In this section, it will display Open Tickets which are kept on hold for some reason known as On-Hold Tickets on the Homepage.
10 At the bottom tab of the Homepage, you can find the support option, if you have any queries and concerns you can contact to the support number provide or raise ticket at [email protected].
11 In this section stated as Phone Number are the numbers used for sending SMS for resolving or to On hold the tickets via SMS.
12 In Help option, you can find the articles belongs to your doubts in Geedesk.
