Scheduled Tickets

The Scheduled Ticket is a ticket that is created beforehand to be assigned to a user at a particular time in the near future.

For example, if a guest is checking out tomorrow, we can schedule a ticket by today that the guest is checking out tomorrow at a particular time.

Step 1: You can find the shortcut icon for scheduled tickets on the homepage and you can schedule the ticket.

Step 2:To view the scheduled tickets Go to Tickets → Scheduled Tickets. You can see the ticket details for Scheduled tickets.

Step 3: On the Schedule tickets page, tickets from the past 3 months are displayed by default with pagination. If you need to find a ticket older than 3 months, you can use the filter to specify the date range and department.

Step 4: Once the ticket is assigned, you can also check the ticket details page to see whether the ticket is scheduled or not.
