Go to Reports → Real-time insights. Real-time insights are to analyze what is happening currently in the property. You can get the report by using filters such as the departments, frequency, and the guest ticket.
After filtering you can get the report as Total tickets. Open tickets. On-Hold tickets. Delete tickets. Escalated tickets. Resolved tickets.
