How to Schedule a Ticket
This option is used to create a ticket to be assigned at a later time. You can schedule a ticket at the top of the Homepage.
- Click the Icon of the Scheduled Ticket.
- Then the Schedule Ticket page will open.
- Select the option Yes in Schedule option
- Select the date and time to create a ticket as per the guest’s instruction.
- And click Create ticket option.
