Multiple Rooms and Single Ticket type

This feature allows you to select up to 10 Rooms and one Ticket type. It is part of our premium plan. For more information, please contact our support team.

Steps to select multiple Rooms with single Ticket type

Step 1: On the Dashboard, locate the icon used for scheduling tickets.

Step 2: Check the “Select Multiple Room” option. Enable this checkbox to select multiple rooms (up to a maximum of 10).

Step 3: Once the rooms are selected, choose a single Ticket type as required.

Step 4: If you want to schedule the tickets, set the schedule option to “Yes,” specify the desired date and time, and choose whether it is a Guest Ticket or an Internal Ticket.

Step 5: Click Create.

Step 6: The selected ticket type will be created for the selected rooms and assigned to the right users.

Note: Connecting tickets will not function when creating ticket for multiple rooms.
