In Geedesk the Delete option has mentioned as Inactive.

If you have created the ticket wrongly or mistakenly which not to be created, then you can mark it as Inactive (delete).

To Inactive the ticket there is 2 ways:

Through web application – Click the ticket from the dashboard or you can select from where it is for example: if the ticket is in Resolved tickets then you have to open the Resolve tickets page and select the ticket and change the status as Inactive.

Also you can change the status for multiple tickets at the same time by selecting the multiple tickets by clicking the checkbox, and change the status of the selected tickets as Inactive, then the confirmation pop-up will displays, in that you can confirm the tickets counts that how many tickets are you going to change the status as inactive and click OK

Through Android application – Same procedure as web application, like click the ticket which you need to delete and change the status as inactive.
