In a property, if the only user needs to generate the report for all the department. then we have to create a user with the role of Reports Admin to generate only the reports for the property.
That user can able to generate the reports for all the department without mapping into any particular department.
- If we create a user with an Admin role, he has full access to do, he can do configuration, and also he can generate the reports for all the department.
- If we create a user with the Manager role, he can able to generate the report only for his respective department.
But we create the user with a role of Reports Admin, the user no need to map in any department to generate the report.
How to create a user with the role of Reports Admin.
Go to Admin -> Users -> Add users -> enter the details of the user and select the Role as Reports Admin.
The Report admin user can able to see the ticket and generate the report.
