  • Go to Reports  Usage matrices.
  • You can get the report by using filtering the departments, frequency, and the guest ticket.

  • The number of users who worked on tickets.
  • The number of users who have never worked on tickets.
  • The total number of Tickets.
  • The total number of Unassigned Tickets.
  • The total number of Open Tickets.
  • The total number of On-Hold Tickets.
  • The total number of Resolved Tickets.
  • The total number of Inactive Tickets.
  • The number of tickets crossing 1st escalation.
  • The number of tickets crossing 2nd escalation.
