Category subject :
For every category has the standard job order . You can upload those standard job order templates in Geedesk so that when you are creating ticket after selecting the category and if you start typing the subject you will get a drop down menu of the respective subject that you are creating.
To get into this you have to click on Admin > Category Subject
Now you have to click on Add a subject category now and you have to enter the job order template and respective category and click on create.
You can also upload the bulk category subject by clicking Bulk category and you have upload the .CSV file in the mentioned format.
