SMS based Management:

You can manage Geedesk by using normal plain text sms and the below action can be performed by that.

1) On duty : You can send plain sms as On duty from your registered mobile number to Geedesk and you will get reply as marked as On duty. It will be automatically updated in the application and from that time on wards you will be assigned to ticket.

2) Off duty : You can send plain sms as Off duty from your registered mobile number to Geedesk and you will get a reply as marked as Off duty. It will be automatically updated in the application and from that time on wards you will not be assigned to any ticket.

3) Resolved : Once you resolve that ticket you send the sms as resolved or R it will automatically updated in application and you will get reply as ticket has been marked as resolved.

4)On Hold :  Some time the issues can not be resolved in priority time because of the non availability of stocks and needs support person has to come  from outside to solve the problem that time you can  mark the ticket as on hold from the registered number. You will get reply as ticket has been marked as On Hold.

you send the sms as On hold or H it will automatically updated in application and you will get reply as ticket has been marked as On hold.
