It is to mark the Attendance when you are in a shift. The employee who is in a shift they should mark their attendance ON, then only the tickets will be assigned to them
Go to Home→ Manage Attendance.
- In the below image is the Attendance page where you can manually mark your Attendance.
- For Admin Attendance page (i.e) Property managers can access attendance pages of all departments of the particular property.
- For Manager Attendance page (i.e) F&B Managers, Engineering Managers can access attendance of the particular department assigned in it.
For End-User Attendance Page (i.e) like Technicians, Service Operators, Room Service can access only their attendance on the page.
Also, we have another option to mark attendance in Geedesk as shown below:-
- Go to Home → Profile on the Profile page you can see an Attendance toggle option.
