It is the realtime graphical representation of the complaints and requests management process of the respective user in the property.
Employee Insights offers various metrics like Total tickets worked, Resolved before escalation, Resolved after escalation, Average work time and so on. It will display in two ways as by the tickets counts and by the percentage-wise graphical method.
How to see Employee Insights:
- In the beginning login into your Geedesk account with your credentials, then in the dashboard in the left side menu click on Reports and select Employee Insight in the drop-down list.
- you can see the Employee Insights page like below.
You can get the report, user wise, department wise, date wise by using the filter option.
After applying the filter, you can get the report like the below image.
