VIP Alerts in Geedesk are used to send an alert to Geedesk users when any VIP, VVIP, or HWC guest checkin into your property.
Please follow the below steps to raise an alert.
Step 1: Select the room number where the guest is staying.
Step 2: Choose the type (VIP, VVIP, or HWC).
Step 3: Use the comment box to provide any additional information, if needed.
Step 4: Click on “Raise Alert.”
You can view the raised alert on the same page.
