Go to Reports Usage matrices.
You can get the report by using filtering the departments, frequency, and the guest ticket.

The number of users who worked on tickets.
The number of users who have never worked on tickets.
The total number of Tickets.
The total number of Unassigned Tickets.
The total number of Open Tickets.
The total number of On-Hold Tickets.
The total number of Resolved Tickets.
The total number of Inactive Tickets.
The number of tickets crossing 1st escalation.
The number of tickets crossing 2nd escalation.
The number of tickets crossing 3rd escalation.
The number of tickets crossing 4th escalation.
