====== Scheduled Tickets ====== The Scheduled Ticket is a ticket that is created beforehand to be assigned to a user at a particular time in the near future. **For example**, if a guest is checking out tomorrow, we can schedule a ticket by today that the guest is checking out tomorrow at a particular time. **Step 1:** You can find the shortcut icon for scheduled tickets on the homepage and you can schedule the ticket. {{::whatsapp_image_2024-11-19_at_10.26.10_am.jpeg?700|}} **Step 2:**To view the scheduled tickets Go to **Tickets → Scheduled Tickets.** You can see the ticket details for Scheduled tickets. {{::schedule2.png?200|}} **Step 3:** On the Schedule tickets page, tickets from the past 3 months are displayed by default with pagination.
