Repeat Tickets

In Geedesk, a ticket can be scheduled and repeated based on a chosen frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly).

👉 Please follow the steps below to schedule repeat tickets:

Step 1: Click the pencil icon on the dashboard.

Step 2: Select the room number, choose the ticket type, mark Scheduled Tickets= YES, and set the scheduled date and time.

Step 3: Set Repeat Ticket = YES.

Step 4: Choose the repeat frequency: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.

Step 5: Select whether the ticket is for a Guest or Internal.

Step 6: Create ticket.

Note: You can view all the scheduled repeat tickets under Tickets → Repeat Tickets.
