It is to mark the Attendance when you are in a shift. The employee who is in a shift they should mark their attendance ON, then only the tickets will be assigned to them.
Go to Home→ Manage Attendance.
For End-User They can mark their attendance by login their own id and mark the attendance from the profile page or by the department’s desk attendance page.
Also, we have another option to mark attendance in Geedesk as shown below:-
Go to Home → Profile on the Profile page you can see an Attendance toggle option.
