====== How to Schedule a Ticket ======

This option is used to create a ticket to be assigned at a later time.    You can schedule a ticket at the top of the Homepage.

  * Click the Icon of the Scheduled Ticket.
  * Then the Schedule Ticket page will open.
  * Select the option Yes in Schedule option
  * Select the date and time to create a ticket as per the guest’s instruction. 
  * And click Create ticket option.
