Ticket owners will receive a long notification ring for:
Assigned tickets
Reassigned tickets
This feature helps improve awareness and ensures timely attention to tickets.
Steps to Enable Long Notification Ring
Step 1:
Go to Admin.
Step 2:
Navigate to Rule Engine.
Step 3:
Select Long Notification Ring.
Step 4:
Enable the Long Notification Ring checkbox.
Once enabled, users will start receiving notifications for:
Assigned tickets
Reassigned tickets
