====== Create a Single Ticket for multiple Rooms ====== This feature allows you to select up to 10 Rooms and one Ticket type. It is part of our premium plan. For more information, please contact our support team. **Steps to select multiple Rooms with single Ticket type** **Step 1:** On the Dashboard, locate the icon used for scheduling tickets. {{::whatsapp_image_2024-11-19_at_10.26.10_am_2_.jpeg?400|}} **Step 2:** Check the “Select Multiple Room” option. Enable this checkbox to select multiple rooms (up to a maximum of 10). {{::whatsapp_image_2024-11-19_at_1.32.34_pm_1_.jpeg?400|}} **Step 3:** Once the rooms are selected, choose a single Ticket type as required. **Step 4:** If you want to schedule the tickets, set the schedule option to “Yes,” specify the desired date and time, and choose whether it is a Guest Ticket or an Internal Ticket. **Step 5:** Click Create. **Step 6:** The selected ticket type will be created for the selected rooms and assigned to the right users. **Note:** Connecting tickets will not function when creating ticket for multiple rooms.
