Custom reports is used to get a detail report of tickets raised at your property. You can download the report by giving dates (from and To) for 3 months. For example -(January-March).

To download the reports follow the below steps:

  • Go to Reports → Custom.
  • Select the from date, you can get report for particular room, particular department, particular ticket Category, ticket type, the particular time, and also you can filter by Guest/Non-Guest ticket, Escalated/Non-Escalated and also by the Ticket status (New, Resolved, On Hold, Open, Inactive) that you need.
