• This is the Admin Board of the particular Admin looks like in the Geedesk in the red box.
  • In Admin Board it shows particular details like:
  • Total User: It shows the total number of users of the property mapped in different departments 
  • Total Rooms: It shows the total number of rooms including all public areas mapped in Geedesk.
  • Total Department: It displays the total number of departments of the property created and mapped in Geedesk.
  • Total ticket types: It displays all types of ticket types created for the property and even defaults added ticket types from the Geedesk.
  • Timezone: It displays for the admin in which timezone his Geedesk in being operated for example: for India it will display Asia/Kolkata.
  • Date Format: It displays the Date, Month and Year format which can vary from country to country which is utilized in Geedesk records for ticket management. for example – MM-DD-YYYY.
  • Total Group: It displays the total no of Groups created in Geedesk in which we add all HODs and Managers of different departments used for Escalation Policies. 
  • HMS/PMS: It displays the no.of external Hotel Management System (HMS) or even Property Management System (PMS).
  • Add-ons enabled: It is to view how many extra services have enabled in your property’s Geedesk account that is Glitches, Lost & Found, Maintenance, remainders and Quick calls.
  • No of Corporate users: It displays the total no of corporate users are active in your property.
  • No of Managers: It displays the total no of Managers of the different departments mapped in Geedesk.
  • No of Admins: It displays the total no of Admins assigned in Geedesk of the particular property.
  • No of Operators: It displays the total no of Operators of different departments mapped in the Geedesk.
  • No of Service Engineers (SEs): It displays the total no of SEs of different departments mapped in the Geedesk.

How to view the Admin Board of an Admin:

  • To view the Admin Board Click Admin -> Admin Board in the first option.
  • This is used to display for the Admin user an overall view of the configuration done in Geedesk.
